Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
Ministerial Services is responsible for coordinating and delivering services to Ministers and senior leaders. Providing advice and responses to for both the Ministry and ministers in relation to parliamentary questions, requests for official information and associated proactive release requirements, correspondence, Ombudsman investigations weekly updates and Annual Review and Estimates deliverables.
The Coordinator role supports Ministerial Services with all administrative tasks including, but not limited to logging and tracking deliverables, performance measure and weekly reporting, Cab Net and Taku Mahi administration for the Ministry, coordinating OIA and Cabinet paper consultation requests from other agencies and coordinating visit/meeting advice requests from Ministers' offices. This role will also support administrative processes associated with publishing departmental OIA responses on the Ministry's website.

Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $69,248 to $83,720 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
