The Role:
We are seeking a highly competent Leading Hand Line Mechanic on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), who has significant
experience and solid understanding of power distribution with the ability to help supervise and lead a line crew daily. Th e
successful applicant will provide line maintenance, line construction and line fault repair services for the community.
Got what it takes?

• Be a competent line mechanic with a minimum of 2 years’ qualified experience working on LV, 11, 22, 33 and 66k V .

(Glove and Barrier and Hot Stick an advantage).

• Previous experience in the New Zealand power distribution industry is desirable.

• Current EWRB registration and practicing licence.

• Experience in reading and interpreting maps, plans and work instructions.

• Full Class 2 Drivers Licence. Class 4 an advantage.
