Our dynamic multi-disciplinary team provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, dietetics, district nursing and social work assistance to Rodney adult clients with health or disability needs.We currently have a permanent, part-time Locality Assistant position available based in Warkworth. You will be required to learn the range of skills necessary to support the Community clinicians in their roles, in particular providing customer focused interdisciplinary therapy and district nursing support including managing equipment and nursing supplies as well as participate in ongoing training and supervision.
The position involves working with people in the community
The following are key success factors for this role:

Excellent communication skills, particularly with older people and team members
An adaptable and mature approach
Good organisational and computer skills
Self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative
A current clean full NZ driver’s licence (manual) is essential and health related experience would be an advantage.
