We are seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager (Fixed-Term) to cover a 12-month maternity leave position.About the Role:As the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, taking ownership of the Dilworth Hearing brand and driving the development, implementation, and evolution of our marketing plan. From lead generation to brand management and medical marketing, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of the business.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achieving revenue targets.
Cultivate productive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize strong numeracy and analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to build productive and effective relationships with internal and external partners.
