About the role
Reporting to the Content Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, this role will be responsible for managing FBNZ’s brand partnership and sponsorship programme, our corporate hospitality programme, leading execution of selected corporate events, and supporting execution of a variety of brand marketing campaigns and programmes. The role is part of our content, communications and brand team which is responsible for providing specialist content marketing, content production, strategic communications (internal and external), brand marketing, and brand strategy services to support achievement of FBNZ’s business objectives. The role is also part of the creative and delivery function within Marketing.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead planning and execution for FBNZ’s brand partnership and sponsorship programme.
- Track expenditure against brand partnership / sponsorship budget
- Manage day-to-day activity with regard to brand and sponsorship partners, including tracking and reporting, invoice management, creation of promotional materials, and other account management tasks
- Ensure FBNZ gets maximum value from the benefits offered by each brand partnership / sponsorship
- Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events, both third party and FBNZ-owned
- Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics to ensure successful delivery
- Design and implement corporate hospitality programs to strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, partners and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Support the wider business with initiatives that support our brand strategy, ensuring that all executions are on-brand and align with business strategy
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are managed
We are looking for someone with a ‘client-first’ mindset who is naturally collaborative, resilient, results-oriented and innately curious, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset. Along with this, you will also have:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in brand marketing, event management, and/or corporate hospitality, preferably in a B2B environment
- Highly organized with good time and project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and consistently deliver to deadlines and budgets
- Experience managing agency / supplier relationships
- Well-developed business acumen and comfortable building effective working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
