Job Description
The Role: Utilize your leadership skills and passion for coffee to make a significant impact with Nespresso!
Full Time – Thursday to Monday working week.
As a Nespresso Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of Brand Ambassadors, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and morale.
• Communicate Effectively: Use your exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate your team, ensuring a positive work atmosphere.
• Educate and Inform: Share your in-depth knowledge of Nespresso to empower your team with the tools they need for success.
• Drive Sales: Support your team in converting engaging conversations and educational demonstrations into successful sales of machines and coffee.
• Promote Brand Values: Advocate for Nespresso’s brand values and promotional campaigns, fostering a strong sense of brand loyalty among your team.
• Coach and Mentor: Utilize data-driven analysis to provide targeted coaching and mentoring, helping team members improve their skills and achieve their goals.
