About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and high performing individual to join our IT team as an Oracle Application Support. The position is responsible for ensuring that people, business processes and technology work together to achieve timely and accurate delivery of comprehensive, qualitative and quantitative information to all business functions base on defined FBNZ business terminology.
Other duties include:
- Provide first-line support for Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials, Supply Chain, Projects), including support for any inbound and outbound interfaces with internal, regional and external systems
- Provide first-line support for item maintenance front-end and its integration to Oracle
- Investigate and follow-up on Change Requests/Problem Requests and ensure timely resolution
- Execute and support month-end purchasing and inventory closing activities, stocktake
- Oracle ERP functional knowledge in Financials, Supply Chain and Projects
- Oracle APIs/integration knowledge and experience supporting systems integration
- Database programming skills and Unix/Linux operating systems knowledge
- Familiar with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay process
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
