Wen and Yen is a family owned business making delicious baked goods fresh daily. We are looking for a part time baker to join our team.
Workload includes:
- Cooking savoury pie filling
- Preparing pastry for pies
- Any other baking tasks required for that week
- General cleaning of kitchen
- helping with frying and filling donuts when we have an event on
Skills required:
- Previous baking experience preferred or studying baking or patisserie
- Good team player but can also work well independently.
- Good time management with their tasks
- Friendly, chilled person with great attitude
Hours: Sunday 5am - 1pm and Tuesday or Wednesday 7am - 2pm
Nov - Dec we most likely will have more hours than 2 days a week as we have lots of events on. Below are some block out dates we want this person to have to be available for as we have events on:
15th - 19th October - GF festival
10th Nov - General Collective Market
All of Dec until 25th Dec - Coatesville market, Xmas markets, pop ups, Christmas catering
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour
