  A minimum of 5 years of trade experience in a hotel environment, high-quality bakery, café, or equivalent is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and general health & safety practices in the workplace is essential

  Full-time role, 30-35 hours per week on a rotating roster (day and night shifts and Weekend work available)

• Competitive wages: $25-$30 per hour
