About the Role
We're looking for a Plant Operator to join the team at our Napier Works site. As a key member of our despatch team you'll provide our customers with exceptional service and ensure the safe, effective operation of industrial plant and machinery within the despatch team. By keeping machinery running at optimum levels - and safely - we're best placed to help our farmers/shareholders, and you're best placed for a rewarding job with great scope for growth.

About You
Given the work environment and nature of the role, it's essential you're physically fit, and mechanically minded. You are someone who is equally happy to work on a challenging task, yet, have the self-motivation to carry on with the mundane chores that just have to be done (think sweeping, stacking, other housekeeping).
To be successful in the role you will possess:

• A Full driver's license

• Customer service experience

• Positive attitude

• Rural background or have an affinity with the farming community advantageous but not essential

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Health & Safety awareness

• Have a reasonable level of computer literacy

• Flexible with night and day shift hours and weekend work
