The Opportunity
Gallagher Security is looking for a customer-centric Product Management Lead to spearhead our transformation into the next generation of cloud-based security and inspire a team toward unparalleled success.
This newly created role has been established to drive the strategic evolution of our product portfolio, ensuring long-term sustainable success in a rapidly evolving market, while empowering our teams to innovate and lead with purpose.
This role provides the opportunity to:
- Craft the commercialisation approach aligned with our global vision, focusing on both customer needs and emerging technologies.
- Be at the heart of influencing and driving strategic outcomes, where your leadership transforms ideas into reality.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners, ensuring alignment from concept to commercialisation.
- Inspire and motivate a team of talented product owners and product managers, driving them toward high performance, and continuous development.
