We are looking for a Project Administrator to join us on a fixed-term contract until August 2025.
As the Project Administrator, you'll be working alongside the Project Director and Project Manager making you the backbone of our site management team, ensuring smooth operations and boosting productivity. Your support services will be vital in keeping things running seamlessly. This role offers a chance to be at the heart of a project that's set to become a landmark in Taranaki.
This could be a full time or part time (30 hours) role with flexibility for the right person.

As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, events/functions and information
- Organising, attending and participating in meetings, organising actions and updates
- Documentation; reports, purchase orders, minutes, letters, notices, rosters
- Assisting with running of the office from IT matters to office facilities
- Supporting the team, consultants and subcontractors to contribute to the successful delivery of the project
- 5+ years in a senior or complex administration role
- Experience in the construction or a related industry preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated expertise in document formatting and reporting using Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with initiative and practicality
- Detail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and organisational skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building
