The Opportunity
Delegat Group has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Capital Projects team. Based at our modern office in Commercial Bay, Auckland, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting multiple projects. Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, you will be part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains high-performance facilities, including state-of-the-art wineries that produce Super Premium quality wines. This role will involve overseeing minor projects, coordinating documentation, and providing essential project accounting and administration support to ensure project success.
Responsibilities Will Include:

Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate minor projects directly, ensuring timely execution and successful completion.
Project Administration: Documentation and coordination.
Project Accounting and assist with tracking and reporting on project financial budgets and procurement processes, including invoice administration
Asset Management: Update and track asset history databases. Support the development of Delegat “Engineering” Standards.
Compliance: Assist with compliance administration and adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and Workplace Health and Safety policies.
General Administration: Provide administrative support, including document formatting, travel arrangements, and creating standardized processes. Offer ad hoc support as needed.

About You

You hold a tertiary qualification in a project management and/or finance related discipline.
You have a minimum of 5 years’ coordination and administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Power BI for data reporting and visualization.
Knowledge of the wine or viticulture industry is beneficial.
You possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Your interpersonal skills and customer service are exceptional.
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer and written communication skills.
