Project Manager - Client Side – Auckland, New Zealand

Join our team of talented project management specialists who collaborate with clients to deliver critical property infrastructure projects in the Education, Local Government, and Social Housing sectors.
As part of our busy team, you’ll be supported by Senior Project Managers to assist in managing the full project delivery life cycle for a range of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing effective client relationships and assisting in providing high-quality solutions
- Supporting the management of relationships with key stakeholders including statutory authorities, consultants, contractors, and end-users
- Assisting with the procurement of consultant and contractor teams
- Attending client meetings and documenting project communications
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables, budgets, resourcing, and timelines
- Managing project documentation including the preparation and issue of contract instructions and correspondence
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception to handover
About You
As a junior client-side project manager, you’ll thrive in a role that sees you learning to build and manage client relationships with ease and confidence while supporting the delivery of first-class outcomes.
You’ll also need to have:
- 4+ years’ experience in building design, construction, or infrastructure
- A basic understanding of client-side project management principles
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project or construction management, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or a related field
