What you'll be responsible for

• Manage all aspects of project delivery across water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and internal approval documentation
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor budgets and track project progress using Earned Value Analysis
• Contribute to business development efforts and identify growth opportunities

What you'll need to be successful

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or process preferred)
• Significant experience in water/wastewater project environments
• Proven track record in design, construction, and project management
• Familiarity with project delivery models (PMI, Prince2, or Agile)
• Experience managing projects
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment and reticulation infrastructure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current driver's license
