Te āheinga: The opportunity
As a Quality Administrator, you'll provide efficient and effective administrative support across academic quality assurance systems, working as part of our wonderful team.
You will work closely with teaching staff, Programme Managers, your colleagues within Te Korowai Kahurangi (Academic Service Centre), Student Services and Operations. You will report to one of the Te Korowai Kahurangi team leaders, with a dotted line to one or more Senior Quality Administrators.

He kōrero mōu: About you
You enjoy detailed work and ensuring your outputs are accurate, carefully documented and efficient. Organised and diligent, you create order and structure within your team. You have previous experience working with compliance-based processes and systems, as well strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and databases.
You'll have:

• Proven administrative experience

• Advanced interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written English ability

• High attention to detail

• High levels of computer literacy and confidence working with technology ideally with 0experience in using enterprise systems such as Peoplesoft, and MS Office 365 applications and databases

• Relevant experience within education sector
• An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
• Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
