We currently have positions available for nurses, working within our Internal Nursing Resource Team at Whakatāne Hospital, this will be on a rostered shift basis.
This role offers lots of variety, every day is different. The Duty Nurse Manager deploys you to work throughout the hospital in response to short notice leave and for variance response.
To begin with we require a good knowledge base, and we will orientate you to our specialty areas. This role is a good opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and increase your scope for future career opportunities.
He korero mōu - About You
Are you a Registered Nurse who is self-motivated, adaptable and have recent experience in a variety of acute clinical settings including medical, surgical, orthopaedics, ICU/HDU and ED.
Experience in Paediatrics, Maternity and/or Special Care Baby Unit/Neonatal Care would be a bonus but is not essential.
