At our Auckland site alone, we have employees working across over 20 restaurants and bars, two first class hotels, the Sky Tower, theatre, our world-class casino and of course all the support services that help run one of New Zealand's most vibrant companies. We also have sites in Queenstown, Hamilton, and Adelaide in which you will become incredibly familiar with.
The Reservations Agent role is a great opportunity for someone with hotel or travel reservations experience to join our fast passed evolving team. As a member of the Reservations team, you'll be responsible for handing all reservations for our 4.5- and 5-star hotels, restaurant bookings, and handling general queries about Sky City NZ and Adelaide.
The Reservations team operate on a 24/7 rostered basis and as such we are looking for someone with flexibility who can work across various shifts, which also include night shifts.

About you:
- You'll need to have a strong customer service ethic and a first-class telephone manner.
- Previous experience in a hotel/Reservations or sales environment is essential and knowledge of OPERA PMS system required.
- You'll also have superb communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team, be enthusiastic and have plenty of energy.
- You will be flexible to work on a 24/7 rostered basis.
