Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As a School Administrator in Te Kura Mahi ā-Hirikapo | School of Psychology, Speech and Hearing you are pivotal in supporting the operations of the School's academic and professional programmes. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring adherence to university policies and regulations, and facilitating efficient academic processes.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will have 3-5 years current experience as an administrator within the New Zealand tertiary environment, as well as have:

• Proven experience in managing complex administrative processes such as enrolment, timetabling, and examination administration
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions
• Competent in all Microsoft Office Programmes
• Ability to work within policies and procedures with a proven ability to quickly learn and interpret regulations, protocols and precedents
• An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
