Working towards this goal, IT Project Delivery has been investing in our Scrum teams to support the delivery of scalable and reliable products and services for the diverse needs of the wider Fonterra business units.

About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our Scrum/PM chapter you will be at the heart of our IT initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of features and initiatives.

Acting as a trusted advisor, coach and mentor to our leaders and teams, you will ensure full potential is realised as you manage the delivery of successful business outcomes.

In addition, you will also:

Be responsible for the success of the overall scrum process, including the facilitation of ceremonies, daily stand-ups and Big Room Planning (BRP)
Have responsibility for delivering the product roadmap in alignment with Product Owners
Track and remove impediments, support collaboration between all roles and team members
Provide coaching to cross-functional and BAU teams on the Agile framework and scrum methodology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled Scrum Master looking to make an impact. With a passion for shaping the continuous improvement mindset, you will be a great coach who is seasoned in actively leading scrum mastering teams.

You will also have:

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Practical and hands-on experience with the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
