This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Merchant Acquiring, Scheme Compliance and/or Transaction Switching to join our Merchant Platform team (tīma) and play a significant part in the future of our Cards Technology systems.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We sat down with one of our People Leader's from the domain, and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).
What are 5 day-to-day tasks the person in this tūranga will complete?

Attending and contributing Standups.
Gathering business and system requirements.
Writing use cases.
Reviewing designs.
Collaborating with peers and stakeholders.

There will be variety exciting Merchant projects including new innovations that you'll play a significant part in.

We have complex and highly integrated systems, with a high workload demand for our tīma.
What will success look like for the candidate in this tūranga?

Successful and fast understanding of the business and system requirements for the cards strategic work.
Delivering on outcomes in a timely manner.
Having open collaborative and honest conversations with peers & stakeholders.
Providing guidance and support to other tīma.
