About the role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will work across multiple squads with a special focus on our Large Business & Energy Services team. This role will take ownership of delivering quality assurance of products and system implementations through the development and execution of test plans and scenarios, using both manual and automated techniques. Our Senior Test Analyst will take the lead in transforming our software to create incredible digital experiences for our customers and our teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and leading the execution of the defined test approaches and test plans using established templates and processes in a fully Agile squad.
Managing the Azure Dev Ops project at Defect, Test Case and Test Cycle level and providing test view of backlog points per story/defect.
Transforming complex business and system requirements into test documents and managing verification problems or issues through resolution or escalation.
Identifying tests and suites of tests that would be suitable for smoke and regression test automation and collaborating with Test Automation engineers.
Provide expertise and coaching to other testers, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement.

About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about testing and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player who can work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for are:

Relevant Tertiary Qualification; BS Software Engineering or equivalent and relevant Testing specific qualifications or certifications such as ISTQB.
Extensive experience in testing within a corporate environment and demonstrable understanding of software test methodologies and techniques.
Experience with Web, i OS and Android application testing, API Integration Testing, SQL, Postman, ADO or similar.
Experience with CRM/Salesforce and Test Automation would be desirable.
