• Providing management, coordination, and supervision of assigned civil works, undertaken by our own staff or subcontractors
• Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the job in the most efficient way
• Show initiative and work with the team to develop and implement engineered solutions in the delivery of the contracted works
• Develop and implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety for workers and members of the public
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the resource consents and closed-out to specified requirements
• Ensure that the environmental risks are identified and controlled through documented processes and apply positive process change and SOP's

• Experience from similar role or relevant Tertiary Qualification (BE or NZCE)
• Class 1 Full NZ drivers licence, Class 2 is advantageous
• Passion and commitment to safety in the workplace
