• Communicating with the Site Engineer and Supervisor for daily duty assignments.
• Work with the Asphalt Paving Foreman and Roller Operators on roller patterns to achieve optimum compaction through use of a Pavement Quality Indicator (PQI).
• Troubleshoot, identify, correct and prevent quality control issues, together with reporting and record keeping.
