Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Perform complex civil designs using Civil 3D and Auto CAD, while ensuring quality control throughout the project.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, councils, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee site inspections and manage contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
• Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong background in land development.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D/12D and Auto CAD.
• Strong understanding of NZS3910 construction contracts.
• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering (BE, NZDE, BEng Tech).
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects from start to finish.
• A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
