Strategy Manager

Reporting to the Strategic Finance Director, you will provide guidance to the establishment of a centralised strategic platform and drive ongoing “strategy as usual” processes across all RBD divisions and functions. Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Collaborate with leaders in all divisions and functions to understand priorities and support alignment of strategic objectives
• Participate in the design of suitable performance measures and KPI’s
• Manage the strategic execution platform and provide regular support to users
• Design and provide insightful reporting and dashboards to communicate outcomes to senior management
• Execute business projects as required
• Develop relevant competitor analysis to track RBD performance across the market
• Identify, communicate and action improvement opportunities
• Participates in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Skills and Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/commerce
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-national/multi-divisional corporate
• Proven track record of enterprise project management and execution
• Success in process rollout and improvement
• Experience in a corporate strategy team an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business, particularly with operational stakeholders
• Commercially astute with strong business acumen and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, solution-focused problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly resilient with strong learning agility and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
