Support Officer – Administration and Word Processing

Te Haeata/The Opportunity
The Environment Court is looking for a Support Officer (Admin & Word Processing) to join our busy Central Auckland team.
You will be working closely with Judiciary together with other registry staff and management. Your responsibilities involve ordering stationary and equipment and keeping the court rooms tidy and organised. You will also be in charge of managing building issues as they arise.

To be successful in the Support Officer (Admin & Word Processing) role you will need to be:

• Confident and professional in customer service in person and over the phone
• Efficient and effective at administrative services, including financial tasks like invoicing, receipting and banking
• Highly organised and be able to prioritise and multitask in an autonomous manner
• Have a can-do attitude!

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $54,343 to $74,416 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role
