If you are passionate about digital learning and are seeking an opportunity to make a difference, why not bring your skills to our Digital Learning team in this Systems Specialist role. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital technology in a learning context and will be able to understand systems and pickup systems administration skills quickly for new technology.
We are looking for an experienced systems specialist to join our team. Our systems specialists work in small nimble teams working across a range of systems in each of our product portfolios.
- Provide technical support for systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and working closely with our clients.
- Be responsible for maintaining and administering systems within your portfolio to ensure optimal performance and successful client outcomes.
- Collaborate with our clients to help them achieve their objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will have a good information systems background, a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to adapt to changing technology and business requirements.
- Deliver great outcomes across our core learning management systems.
- Translate requirements into documented, trackable changes.
- Solve complex problems with effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) fixed term position until June 2027, located on the Dunedin Campus. Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate.
