We are looking for a technical support agent who can provide exceptional customer service and help the customers in their internet issues related queries.

Resolving customer technical support queries through phone calls, emails & via chat through website.
Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents
Any software and hardware related issues.
updating website from time to time.
Configuration of routers .

- Trouble shooting .
- Helping and supporting customers in connecting their internet connections.
- WIFI settings
Install and configure telecommunications devices and systems (Routers, Wireless Access Points
Provide network support, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting,
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and training assistance to staff.
Implementing security measures to protect data and make sure backups are done regularly to prevent data loss.
Skills and experience.
Mus have IT background,
working in telecommunication industry is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
