Responsibilities of the role;
- Supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams

Who we're seeking;
We're seeking a passionate, skilled, approachable, retail professional to join our team. Macpac team members are:
- Experienced in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.
- Experienced with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
- Adventure lovers, who are happiest when embracing the great outdoors.
- Eco-warriors, who walk the talk when it comes to sustainability.
- Experts, who love sharing their knowledge not only of product, but of how to get the most out of the outdoors.
- Team players, who understand that a good team is greater than the sum of its parts.
