Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Tractor Operators to join our team during our peak summer season from November to April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors for a variety of tasks, including maize planting and harvesting, ground preparation, hay and silage production, and more.
• Perform maintenance and care for equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet project deadlines and uphold our high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak season.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
