Cardrona Bike Park is on the hunt for a dedicated Trail Builder to join our team for the summer season. As a Trail Builder, you'll play a crucial role in planning, developing, and maintaining bike trails and features, pump tracks, and cart trails, utilizing both heavy machinery and hand tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining activity tracks for summer operations. You will also focus on developing winter terrain features, which includes both the upkeep and enhancement of existing trails and terrain park features. Additionally, you'll create new features as directed by the Terrain & Snow Manager.
What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in trail and jump building.
Wheels, Tracks, and Roller Endorsements.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery.
Strong communication skills.
A commitment to providing top-notch guest service to all visitors and staff.
Openness to feedback and active participation in training and performance management programs.
Excellent time management skills.
A mechanically inclined mindset.
