We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as Village Maintenance Support. This is a part time position working Tuesday to Friday 0800 - 1200

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as Village Maintenance Support. This is a part time position working Tuesday to Friday 0800 - 1200
This role will be great for someone who enjoys manual tasks around the village such as:
- Daily collection and disposal of rubbish as scheduled
- Help gardening team to ensure the village grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standard
- Help maintenance team to ensure village maintenance requests are up to date
- Assisting with inwards goods, deliveries, stock management and stores
- Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village
- Helping new residents moving into the village, including moving of furniture and up to four hours of support setting up their new apartment
