National Aquarium of New Zealand is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as Visitor Services Team Members on a Fixed Term, part-time basis (33 hours over 4 days). If you're ready to dive into an exciting role surrounded by fascinating aquatic creatures, this opportunity is perfect for you!

As a Visitor Services Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests across our reception, retail, café and food service spaces. You will be confident in dealing with people face to face, listening to visitor’s needs and delivering a consistently high level of service at all times.

This role will appeal to highly focused individuals who want to develop their skills and contribute to the way visitor service is delivered in one of New Zealand’s leading tourist attractions.

Excellent customer service skills
Food service and retail experience
Ability to work evening, weekend and public holidays in accordance with a pre-agreed roster system
Detail oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities and/or requirements
