Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Man to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking and ordering items as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or similar role in a reputable bar or lounge.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
• Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Creativity in developing new drinks or improving existing recipes.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month

• Bar Man/ Bar Tender: 1 year (Preferred)
