Job Summary: To provide leadership to the team members by overseeing the operations and management of the outlet daily with the aim to maximize profit while minimizing cost.
Job Description:

• Raise requisition for depleting proteins, fresh produce and other ingredients based on the reorder level.
• Ensure proper storage of all fresh produce and products both raw and cooked.
• Receive weekly requisition from outlets and disburse finished products to outlets accordingly.
• Ensure proper monitoring and recording of critical point point (CCPs) for the central production hub.
• Ensure the cleaning and sanitation of equipment is done as at when due.
• Record receipt of all supplies from the warehouse and suppliers in the receipt log.
• Ensure all requisition and received logs are accurately filled.
• Track spoilage, discrepancies, over/undersupply of orders from the warehouse/suppliers.
• Organise and coordinate the day to day production process on the Kitchen Floor.
• Adhere to the principles of FIFO/FEFO for the receipt of incoming supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND certification or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a commercial industrial kitchen
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
• Genuine interest in production of healthy meals
• Demonstrated skill in large-quantity food production using standardized recipes
• Candidate should live close to the desired work location.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦75,000.00 - ₦85,000.00 per month
