Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a passion for leveraging technology to empower rural communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Development, Product Development, E-Commerce, or related fields. As CTO, you will play a critical role in developing and scaling innovative technologies that meet the unique needs of last-mile communities.- Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Implementation: Develop, oversee, and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our mission and drives the adoption of agritech solutions among smallholder farmers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a technology team to build and scale high-performance solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of Source Crafts.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage, optimize, and scale our technology infrastructure, including cloud-based ERP systems, Saa S, Iaa S, and Paa S, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing operations.
- Capacity Building: Design and implement training programs for Source Crafts' field officers to effectively use and promote our technology solutions.
- Logistics & Support: Oversee the planning and management of logistics to ensure timely delivery of technology equipment to field officers.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related filed
- 5 years of cognate experience
