Role Summary
As a Customer Service Manager at 9ja Rides, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering excellent support, building customer loyalty, and ensuring high service quality. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobility, ride-sharing, logistics, or transportation.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer service teams in providing efficient and friendly support to riders and drivers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and response times.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements in service and experience.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, ideally within mobility, logistics, ride-sharing, or transportation.
- Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop customer service teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
