Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: #200,000 Monthly

ABOUT CLIENT: The Future Edge is a global consulting and business support solutions company. We are seeking ‘Customer Relations Officer’ for our client; a leading intimate dining and event business in Nigeria.
JOB ROLE: Managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
· Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Handle difficult situations and provide customers with alternatives or compensations when necessary.
· Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring data accuracy.
· Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure seamless customer service.
· Gather and report customer feedback, working closely with management to identify areas for improvement.
· Conduct surveys and follow-up communications to assess customer satisfaction.
· Assist in creating customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies to drive retention.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or client relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
