E-Commerce Sales Associate

We are a thriving beauty product company based in Lagos Nigeria. We currently manufacture all of our products at our facilities at Ikeja Lagos, and 100% of our sales are made through our website, social media handles and telephone lines.
We need a Sales Associate who is excellent with converting prospect inquiries to sales while managing existing customers to ensure return purchases.
The Sales Associate is the gateway to the business for customers and the target of this role is to ensure excellent service standards by maintaining high customer satisfaction through the creation of a great customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities
Proven e-commerce and social commerce sales experience, particularly with an e-Commerce Website and Whats App for Business.
Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Salary: ₦80,000.00 to ₦120,000.00 /month depending on skills and capacity.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Responsibilities
- Respond appropriately to messages from chat platforms linked to the website and Whats App line.
- Find out the customer's needs and recommend the right product for them to use. following Company guidelines and SOPs.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions and increase sales by recommending complementary items to go with their requests in order to sell as many products as possible per customer.
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers, explain how products work, and demonstrate how to use products where possible using provided graphics
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate issues to appropriate Manager as necessary.
- Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to your Supervisor appropriately.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing a customer experience that will make the customer return.
Proven e-commerce and social commerce sales experience, particularly with an e-Commerce Website and Whats App for Business.
