The pedagogy is delivered by certified trainers with standardized teaching practices. Each trainer is guided by Inspire teaching modules and training kit to ensure every aspect of the course is imparted consistently to every enrolled student.

- Preventive maintenance.
- Planning and Undertaking Scheduled Maintenance.
- Maintain Electrical systems.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoots electrical issues.
- Maintaining Documentations and Records.
- Carry out quality Inspections on jobs.
- Adhering to safety and performance Standards.
- Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks.
- Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
- 5 years of work experience.
