French School.ng is a pioneering online language platform dedicated to providing high-quality French language education to students across Nigeria and beyond. Our mission is to make French learning accessible, engaging, and effective for all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate French Language Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging online lessons, create tailored lesson plans, and inspire students to achieve fluency in French. This is a flexible, remote position, ideal for educators who are experienced in virtual instruction and committed to fostering a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver French lessons that cater to various skill levels, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning experience.
- Prepare customized teaching materials and resources to make learning accessible and effective.
- Assess students' progress regularly, offering constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Stay current with best practices in language education and apply innovative online teaching techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience teaching French as a second language, preferably in an online setting.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- TEFL, TESOL, or similar certifications are a plus.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate based on the number of instructional hours delivered each month. Details on remuneration will be discussed during the interview process.
