Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive.
- This rolerequires a highly organized, customer-focused professional.
- The successful candidate will be part of the first point of contact for our clients, colleagues and visitors, while ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Ensure visitors are received and manged in an orderly manner.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and renewal of subscriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to multitask
- Telephone skills
- Must live around Maryland axis.
