Additionally, you will leverage your social media expertise to maintain and enhance our online presence across various digital platforms, including our website, Linked In pages, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and courteously
- Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and sign-in/out procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to assist with various administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude at all times
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the brand's image
- Create and curate engaging content for the company's Linked In, Facebook, and other social media channels
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital communication strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or front-desk role
- Proven experience in social media management and digital communication
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities
- Must have completed NYSC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Understanding of basic website maintenance and content management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement
