Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling all incoming inquiries, and serving as the face of our company. Additionally, you will leverage your social media expertise to maintain and enhance our online presence across various digital platforms, including our website, Linked In pages, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk and Customer Service:

Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and courteously
Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and well-stocked
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and sign-in/out procedures
Coordinate with other departments to assist with various administrative tasks
Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Social Media and Digital Communication:

Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the brand's image
Create and curate engaging content for the company's Linked In, Facebook, and other social media channels
Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
Analyze social media metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital communication strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or front-desk role
Proven experience in social media management and digital communication
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities
Must have completed NYSC

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Understanding of basic website maintenance and content management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
