• Design Creation: Develop and design visual content, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Create compelling layouts and visual elements that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, or other stakeholders to understand design needs and project goals.
• Generate creative concepts and design ideas that align with client or project objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed to reflect changes or new directions.
• Technical Skills: Use graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Prepare files for print and digital use, including understanding different formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality designs.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet client or project needs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent visual communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
