Job Title: Group Financial Controller

Salary: 200,000-250,000 Naira, with performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Job Summary:
De Bently Investment Cooperative Society is hiring an experienced Group Financial Controller to establish and oversee financial operations at our new Abuja office. This role involves setting up financial systems, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Establish financial processes for the new office in alignment with company standards.
Implement internal controls to meet Nigerian regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and relationships with financial institutions.
Lead a team, providing guidance and fostering high performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACA or ACCA preferred.
5+ years of finance experience, with 3+ in a senior role, preferably in Nigeria.
Proficient in financial systems, Nigerian tax laws, and IFRS.
