Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head Mistress to lead our prestigious educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, fostering academic excellence, and nurturing a positive learning environment for students and staff alike.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school's academic and administrative functions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum to ensure high educational standards
• Manage and mentor teaching and administrative staff, promoting professional development
• Oversee student discipline, welfare, and academic progress
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
• Lead school improvement initiatives and implement best practices in education
• Represent the school at various events and maintain positive community relations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or any related field
• Valid teaching certification
• 30 - 35 years of experience in educational administration
• Proven track record of successful school leadership and management
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
• Must be computer literate
• Demonstrated ability to make decisive and visionary decisions
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• In-depth understanding of educational best practices and trends
• Ability to motivate and inspire students, staff, and the school community
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
