An Energy company in Abuja is looking for an experienced HR business partner to align employees' efforts with the organization's goals.
LOCATION: Wuye
REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years as a HR Generalist
• Excellent communications strategist
• A disciplined individual with high moral and ethical standards
• Must have a professional HR Certification or membership.
• A firm personality and high emotional intelligence
• Relevant experience as a performance manager is required
• Impeccable IT skills (email, MS suites, HR software, internet research, templating etc)
• Excellent administrator and records keeper
• Verifiable track record in implementing policies and standards
• Practical knowledge of business operations, policy development, HR interventions, organizational goal alignment and change management
• Availability to resume by November 1st is a plus
