We are recruiting on behalf of our client a non-for-profit- organization established to grow and build capacity of businesses by providing them the resources, space, tools and support to put their innovative ideas to test for the development of Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
Job Overview:
As an HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and goal-setting exercises.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
- Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and other relevant paperwork.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Compliance:
- Stay abreast of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and other engagement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Human Resource: 4 years (Required)
