A top insurance brand is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, partnership development, and experience within the insurance industry.
As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential corporate clients and develop new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s insurance products.
- Customize insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners in the insurance, tech, and financial sectors to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
- Manage B2B partnerships and ensure a high level of engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of qualified leads to clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and cross-selling of additional insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
